Fair & Transparent Timelines
If you must cancel your confirmed domestic holiday package with Travelwaala, the following standard cancellation terms apply (excluding non-refundable flight and train tickets):

All airline ticket cancellations and date alterations are governed directly by the respective airline's fare rules (IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, Akasa). Any airline penalty and non-refundable tax components are determined by the carrier. Travelwaala charges a nominal processing fee of ₹300 per passenger per sector.
Train ticket cancellations comply strictly with Indian Railways (IRCTC) cancellation rules. Confirmed Tatkal tickets are 100% non-refundable under official IRCTC railway regulations once the final chart is prepared.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following written confirmation of cancellation. Refunds are credited directly back to the original source bank account or UPI handle used during booking.
