By booking tour packages, air tickets, train reservations, or hotel accommodations through Travelwaala, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
A tour package is considered confirmed upon receipt of an advance booking deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on seasonal hotel policies). The balance amount must be settled prior to departure or upon arrival at the destination hotel according to the voucher terms agreed in writing.
All adult passengers traveling within India must carry original, valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License). For children traveling by flight or train, school ID or birth certificate is recommended.
While Travelwaala makes every effort to execute itineraries as published, we reserve the right to alter driving routes, hotel properties, or activity timings due to events beyond our control, including adverse weather (snowstorms, heavy monsoon floods), landslides, road blockades, train/flight cancellations, or government administrative directives. In such scenarios, safety remains paramount and alternate arrangements will be facilitated.
Standard hotel check-in time across India is generally 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to hotel room availability and may attract nominal supplemental charges as determined by the respective hotel property.
Any disputes arising in connection with services rendered by Travelwaala shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
